Some commonly asked questions
  • A paid event is an event that has a cost attached to a user registration, i.e. someone can't enter the event without paying you something. A free event is an event that you set for free and are taking on the cost per organiser yourself.
  • All events on the free tier are public events i.e. they are published on our website and almost anyone can enter the event. A private or invite only event is one where you only can access the event if the host approves you and if you have a direct link to the event page.
  • Currently we use Stripe to process payments as a platform. This means you can only host if you have a bank account from any of the following: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States
  • We usually add features that are in demand, feel free to reach out if you think it's interesting. Otherwise we're always happy to setup custom features for enterprise customers.
